The meeting went off well. We were on the same frequency. The Kashmir issue needs to be resolved through dialogue. More important is the involvement is the people of Kashmir in the dialogue process.

In other parts of the world such divides are becoming irrelevant but here we are not being allowed to help each other despite a tragedy without parallel in our history.

I have not received any invitation for any round table conference but I have come to know through media that it is going to be held in New Delhi.

The time has come to dismantle the Line of Control (LoC) forever. Because of this line people are not able to meet each other and help each other during this hour of crisis.

There should be some perceptible change, visible change, so that people really feel the benefits of the peace process.

Both India and Pakistan do realize that the time has come to settle all issues, including Kashmir, in accordance with the aspirations of the people of Kashmir.

We will also pray for the survivors who have lost their homes and their near ones.

We thought this would have been an opportunity, would have given a boost to the peace process, would have narrowed the gulf. It hasn't happened. That's unfortunate.

We condemn the incident. It is an act of terror.

When the time for such a conference comes, the involvement of the leadership of India, Pakistan and both sides of Kashmir is a must.
